3. Products & Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, prices and other information accurately.

However, minor differences in product colour, appearance, packaging or specifications may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing variations or packaging changes.

4. Pricing

All product prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices, discounts and promotional offers may change without prior notice.

AtraMart reserves the right to correct pricing or product information errors where necessary.

5. Orders

Placing an order on our website constitutes a request to purchase the selected product.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in situations including, but not limited to:

  • Product availability issues
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information
  • Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • Delivery restrictions

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed through the available payment method.

AtraMart may offer Cash on Delivery and/or online payment options depending on availability.

The payment options available to you will be displayed during checkout.

7. Shipping & Delivery

AtraMart currently offers Free Shipping on applicable orders.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location, courier availability, weather conditions, operational delays and other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and contact information.

8. Return & Refund

AtraMart provides a 1-day return window for eligible damaged products.

To request a return:

  • The product must be reported within 1 day of delivery.
  • The customer must have a clear open-box delivery video showing the package being opened from the beginning.
  • The video should clearly show the package, product and damage.
  • Returns are accepted only where the product is received damaged or defective.
  • The product should be kept in its original condition and packaging.

A return request may be rejected if the required open-box video is not provided or if the damage cannot reasonably be verified.

9. Replacement

AtraMart currently does not provide product replacement/exchange.

For an eligible damaged product, the applicable resolution will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

For Cash on Delivery orders, repeated refusal of delivered orders may affect the customer's ability to place future COD orders.

11. Offers & Promotions

Discounts, promotional offers, Buy 1 Get 1/Buy 1 Get 2 offers and other promotions are subject to their respective terms and availability.

AtraMart reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers without prior notice.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, images, graphics, text, product descriptions and other materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially use our content without prior written permission.
